Senior Spotlight: Peyton Smith, Seton Hall University

Congratulations to our graduating seniors and thank you for your work with NeW! We are pleased to spotlight some of our outstanding chapter leaders and members.

Meet Peyton Smith, President of NeW at Seton Hall University.

What were some of your favorite events that you participated in with NeW?
This year our chapter went to see Sean Hannity live as well as went to brunch with the girls from NeW at William Patterson University. It was so fun getting to meet girls from other NeW chapters in our area and talking about our experiences being conservative on such liberal campuses.

What are your plans after graduation?
I will be working for NeW as the Digital Communications Associate!

What advice would you give to a conservative woman starting college?
Join or start a NeW chapter on your campus! I have found some of my best friends through this organization.

How has NeW impacted you and prepared you for your next steps?
NeW has provided me with the resources to develop professionally as well as personally. My network has grown immensely as well as my confidence in standing up for what I believe in.

Why is NeW important to you?
NeW is important to me as it helps young conservative women know that they are not alone despite today’s culture. College is hard, especially as a conservative, and being a part of NeW helped me find lifelong friends who hold the same values that I do.

The Network of enlightened Women (NeW) provides premier opportunities for young conservative women like Peyton. Learn how to bring a Chapter of NeW to your campus today!
