NeW at the University of South Florida spread some Christmas cheer by hosting a holiday fundraiser throughout the month of November in honor of ConSERVative month, during which college chapters step up their philanthropic efforts on campus.
The event was held in support of Operation Christmas Child, an organization that collects Christmas gift donations for children in need. In addition to raising money, the women of NeW at the University of South Florida also included a giveaway to a random, lucky individual who kindly donated to the cause.
“Every child deserves a wrapped gift on Christmas, so I’m glad NeW at USF could contribute to bringing a little holiday joy this year,” Ashley Busby, President of NeW at USF, said.
