NeW at Belmont University Hosts Debate Watch Party

NeW at Belmont University co-hosted a presidential debate watch party on Thursday, October 22 with Turning Point USA while the presidential candidates discussed their policies before the nation on their campus.

Women from NeW at Belmont University canvased around Nashville the day before the event to invite people to the event. During the event, they also tabled to recruit new women on campus to join their chapter. To thank the women for their help, the chapter provided the volunteers with coffee, giving them the opportunity to talk to connect with one another.

“The event was an amazing experience — and not just because we got to rally around each other during the debate. We were also able to hear from incredible speakers, such as John Rich, Tomi Lahren, Victoria Robinson and more! Our women were able to hang out for hours and have a wonderful time, thanks to the volunteers who made it happen,” Chapter President, Allison Santa Rita, said.
