Meet Paige Harper, President of NeW at Abilene Christian University.

How did you first hear about NeW?
I first heard about NeW when Haley Supergan reached out to me asking if I would like to charter NeW at Abilene Christian University. Of course, I immediately jumped on this opportunity and have been blessed by NeW ever since!

Why is having a NeW chapter on campus so important to you?
I think having a NeW chapter at ACU is extremely important for multiple reasons. One of the biggest reasons is to have a group of women that are like-minded. This allows college women to gather together and create a family!

What has been your favorite memory or event with NeW?
My favorite memory of NeW has been the overwhelming support I received when chartering our chapter. When I decided to charter NeW at ACU, I had lots of women offer to help in any way. This was so refreshing to know I wasn’t alone! I cannot wait for all the memories and friendship NeW will provide.

Why is NeW important?
NeW is important because when people hear about a group of political women, many automatically think liberal feminists. I love NeW because it is a group of conservative women who love our country and love to gather together!

What advice would you give other conservative women on campus?
To never be silent about what you believe in! Stand tall and voice your opinion, because odds are, others agree with you.
