I am in the accounting field and I wanted to learn more about credit counseling and an industry that is so important in these financial times.

What has been your favorite part of the internship so far?
I have really enjoyed the small size of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling so that I was able to get to know everyone.

How does this internship help set you up for your career dreams?
It gave me integral connections and relationships in the Washington, DC area to help me make it to the DC job market in the near future!

How has your experience with NeW prepared you for this role?
I was just recently elected treasurer for NeW and it definitely has helped me learn more about banking and finance, which is a big part of an internship at the NFCC.
