Michael Desantis is a sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte pursuing a double major in Political Science and International Studies. Involved on campus through the Kappa Sigma Fraternity and College Republicans, Michael constantly shows that he is a natural born leader. Constantly volunteering in local campaigns and branching out to Washington, D.C., Michael is this nation’s shining future.
Michael finds it his duty to respect everyone – not just women. Chivalry is something not commonly found in today’s society, but he can definitely be accounted for. A gentleman is often a loosely used term, but Michael holds its true meaning at the core of his heart and personality.
Being a firm believer that a gentleman is a morally upright citizen, Michael lives by that daily. He is a man of honor and courage. He has a strong moral compass and doesn’t need a higher power telling him how to live his life. Michael believes that the title of a gentleman shouldn’t be given out to just anyone, but he truly deserves it.
