Brian is an accomplished author and speaker regarding the rights protected by the United States Constitution. At his day job, as Director of Legal and Public Affairs at the Center for Individual Rights, he was a part of the team that represented Rebecca Friedrichs in her march to the United States Supreme Court in order to protect her First Amendment rights. But outside of his work, you’ll find Brian reading or writing in one of many distinguished publications including Forbes, National Review, Library of Law and Liberty, Intercollegiate Review, the Federalist Society blog, and elsewhere. But none of these accomplishments, or even being selected as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 has gone to his head. He is still fiercely loyal to his friends and family and spends countless hours working to make the world a better place.
