Celebrating 50 Episodes of The Conservative Woman’s Guide Podcast

In 2023, The Conservative Woman’s Guide podcast launched with a mission: to serve as a resource for young conservative women interested in learning how to be effective leaders.

Since its introduction more than two years ago, the podcast has hosted bold and insightful guests. Cultural icon Candace Cameron Bure brought her perspective on staying true to one’s beliefs in the face of woke opposition. “I always knew that I wanted to be in the family-friendly space throughout my career,” she shared. Her story, like many others on the podcast, reminded listeners that staying true to your convictions and speaking up for what you believe can shape and strengthen a meaningful career.

Media voices such as Chrissy Clark and Jennifer Kabbany unpacked how to tell the stories mainstream outlets ignore. Chrissy explained her mission clearly: “We’re just touching stories that corporate media won’t touch… My job is picking stories that corporate interest probably don’t like.” Her advice to aspiring young women in media? “If you want it, you better ask for it.”

Other episodes featured experts on hot topics, such as Jennifer Sey and Kristina Rasmussen, who’ve explored how issues such as how Title IX and identity politics are affecting everything from education to healthcare. These episodes have helped break down complex political topics in a way that’s both informative and empowering.

The podcast has also brought attention to the efforts of conservative leaders who are actively working to make society more supportive of families. Timothy Carney underscored the importance of shifting cultural norms, stating, “The culture’s values and expectations need to change—children are not a consumption choice.”

Student leaders such as Virginia King and Delaney Ermshar provided firsthand accounts of what it’s like to stand for conservatism on college campuses. As Virginia King said, “By finding the NeW chapter I was able to find where I belonged…that sense of community is invaluable and NeW has just provided that to me.” These stories of encouragement and leadership have inspired a generation of young women to speak up and get involved.

Through these conversations, listeners gain a deeper understanding of how conservative women are shaping culture from the inside out.

Karin Lips, president and founder of NeW and host of The Conservative Woman’s Guide said, “When we started this podcast, our goal was to amplify conservative perspectives. Fifty episodes later, we’ve built something bigger — a community that informs and inspires women, helping them learn to lead boldly.”

As we celebrate 50 episodes, the message of The Conservative Woman’s Guide remains unchanged: to tell the stories that matter, challenge cultural narratives, and give conservative women a platform. Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or are just discovering the podcast, thank you for being part of this growing community.

You can catch up on all episodes on Apple, Spotify, or your favorite listening platform. Here’s to the next 50!
