Senior Spotlight: Alexandra Arnold, NeW at University of Mississippi

Congratulations to our graduating seniors and thank you for your work with NeW! We are pleased to spotlight some of our outstanding chapter leaders and members.

Meet Alexandra Arnold, member of NeW at the University of Mississippi.

What were some of your favorite events that you participated in with NeW?
I attended a meeting at our chapter president’s house, but due to COVID restrictions, that was the only event we have really had so far.

What are your plans after graduation?
I plan to go back home to Texas to teach elementary school and hopefully travel in my free time.

What advice would you give to a conservative woman starting college?
Keep your morals and don’t let anyone try to bully you out of what you believe.

How has NeW impacted you and prepared you for your next steps?
It has made me aware that there are way more women out there like me who share the same ideas and feel comfortable discussing them with like-minded women.

Why is NeW important to you?
NeW is important because it creates a network of women to feel supported in their opinions in a time when this seems hard for some of our citizens to do.

The Network of enlightened Women (NeW) provides premier opportunities for young conservative women like Alexandra. Learn how to bring a Chapter of NeW to your campus today!
