Proud to support the largest industry in the United States, Patricia Rausch serves as the Vice President of Education at the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors. Leading the charge on new learning initiatives, she develops and executes career-connected educational programming and resources aimed to transform and advance the distribution workforce. Prior to joining NAW, she spent 14 years at the Leadership Institute managing various programmatic capacities, including the career, political, and fundraising training divisions. Rausch began her career toiling around the country on federal, state, and local political campaigns and grassroots initiatives. In addition to her professional endeavors, she founded and co-hosts a popular networking platform called Rules of Networking. When she isn’t working, you can find her exploring the National Parks System with her husband and their miniature schnauzer, Pepper.
