NeW at University of Tampa Hosts Professional Development Event

NeW at the University of Tampa gave members an opportunity to spruce up their resumes and brush off their professional skills on October 26, 2021.

The chapter held a professional development event, during which attendees focused on their resumes and how to format them in order to decrease the number of errors detected by algorithm software. The chapter also offered members the chance to take professional headshots. Attendees were thankful for the information they took home with them after the event.

“Wow. This is very useful information! I didn’t know filtering out algorithms were a thing for resumes,” Alaina Milantoni, chapter president said.
