NeW at University of South Carolina Celebrates 17th Anniversary of NeW’s Founding

NeW at the University of South Carolina commemorated the Network of enlightened Women’s 17th anniversary on September 28, 2021.

Nine women from the chapter gathered at a local restaurant for a special birthday dinner to celebrate the founding of the national organization. The attendees toasted all that brought them together, especially NeW. They also found the meal to be a great opportunity for them to discuss current events and take a mental break from the stressors of classes and exams. The women loved getting together to celebrate NeW and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

“I became closer with the women tonight because this was an informal event. I really enjoyed being able to hang out and enjoy yummy desserts for NeW’s 17th birthday!” Maddie Blanch, chapter president said.
