NeW at University of Florida Welcomes Members Back with an Ice Cream Social

NeW at the University of Florida kicked off the school year by catching up over ice cream at a social held on September 8, 2021.

About 20 chapter members and women interested in joining gathered at a local ice cream shop in the area. The women were able to meet new people and welcome them into the organization, as well as catch up with friends. Attendees were thankful to have the chance to introduce themselves and meet the executive board.

“I think this event is such a great way to meet new people, especially like-minded ones like me. I think getting ice cream with a bunch of women was a great idea for the first event,” attendee Victoria Siedlecki said.
