Sam Mariscal is an all around principled, genuine, humble, wise and caring stand-up guy. He is constantly putting the needs of others before himself with no need of approval, recognition or reciprocation. One thing that stood out to me was how he gave all his hotel points that he accumulated from work to pay for female students to stay in Washington D.C. for the March for Life. Sam is a man of integrity who leads by example. He has impacted the lives of thousands of students across the nation and continues to do the same every day. He is a role model and friend to so many, making him the perfect candidate for gentleman of the year.
