Caroline Cason Chafin serves as the Donor Engagement Officer for the Network of enlightened Women. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University (Go Mountaineers) with her bachelor’s degree in business marketing and sales.
Before joining NeW, she was the Operations & Development Manager for the New Tolerance Campaign. Prior to that, she was the Manager of Communication Training at the Leadership Institute, equipping conservatives with the skills to effectively communicate their message. She also has experience in political campaigns, having worked for Congresswoman Virginia Foxx and the Donald Trump re-election campaign in 2020.
Her passion for conservatism was sparked during her freshman year of college when she founded a conservative student organization on her campus.
She currently resides in Wilmington, North Carolina, with her husband and cat. She enjoys reading, Bible journaling, playing volleyball, country music, and visiting her family’s flower farm in her hometown of Elkin, North Carolina.
