Senior Spotlight: Amelia Feuka, NeW at the University of Michigan

As the academic year is coming to a close, NeW wants to take some time to recognize our members who are graduating this semester to thank them for their hard work and dedication to our organization. This spotlight is highlighting Amelia Feuka from the University of Michigan.

What are your plans after graduation?
I am planning on either working for a Federal Intelligence Agency or going to Officer Training School for the Air Force for Intelligence.

What is one thing you have gained from NeW?
I have gained a community of open-minded, intelligent, capable young women. I have learned to grow in my own beliefs, but also have a welcoming community to discuss different points of view.

What is one piece of advice you would give to conservative women starting college?
I would encourage you to not let anyone or anything change your opinions for the worse. I do, however, encourage you to learn as much as you can about the world, being open to different viewpoints, and create your own view of the world. You’re one of a kind and your beliefs should reflect that.

The Network of enlightened Women provides amazing opportunities for young Conservative females. Learn how to bring a Chapter of NeW to your campus here and help others learn about what NeW stands for!
