Prior to joining CKI in early 2014, Fraser served as Director of the Roe Institute for Economic Policy Studies at the Heritage Foundation where she managed research on a wide range of domestic economic issues. Under Fraser’s leadership, Heritage’s research helped define and communicate the long-term fiscal threats from spending and taxes.
