NeW at Virginia Tech got their first taste of on-campus activism by recruiting new chapter members on March 11, 2021.

Five women from the chapter, which was just chartered in February, set up a table on campus to promote NeW and conservative values. In addition to providing information and NeW swag, the ladies worked to recruit new members as well as to educate, empower, and enlighten other women at the school.

“Activism is actually kinda fun. It’s a little awkward at first, but it turns into a blast as you get into it! (lakegenevaadventures) ” said member Laken Land after the tabling event.
