NeW at Nashville Learns the Ropes of the Music Industry with Help from Industry Veteran

NeW at Nashville was inspired to follow their dreams during a speaking engagement hosted by the chapter on November 16, 2021.

During the event, attendees were fortunate to hear from Stacey Wilbur, a music industry veteran who has worked for some of the top publishing companies in Nashville. As a well-recognized woman in the field, Wilbur shared some advice with the women and talked to them about the importance of serving others and pursuing their dreams. The chapter members left feeling inspired to pursue their creative outlets.

“It is important to remember that you don’t have to find your purpose in your job. While you may be passionate about it, it doesn’t need to be your purpose,” chapter vice president Mackenzie Watlington said.
