NeW at American University Gives Back With Chapter Gentlemen Showcase

NeW at American University held its very own Gentlemen Showcase, an event that recognizes and honors gentlemen who give back and serve.

The chapter decided to counter the narrative that all men are in need of reform by virtually nominating men on campus for treating others with kindness and respect. The winner of the chapter’s Gentlemen Showcase, James Sweet, had the ability to choose between a few pre-selected charities to give a donation to, and he chose Prevent Child Abuse America. The entirety of the grant was used as a donation on his behalf. (kennedyandperkins.com)

Even though our event was online, people really seemed to enjoy the event. There was great turnout, and the gentlemen seemed really into it themselves,” Eleanor Porte, chapter events assistant, said.
