Michael “Brandon” Falls, has been nominated by the the Network of enlightened Women at Western Carolina University for Gentleman of the Year. Brandon fits the true definition of being a gentleman. He is chivalrous, courteous, and honorable. Brandon has been very involved with our chapter of NeW from the beginning. He is at all of our events, helping us set up, clean up, and is our official photographer. Brandon has a passion for serving others. He is involved with the Leadership Institute and was the former Executive Event Director and Secretary of College Republicans at Western Carolina University. Currently he is the Director of Events for Dance Marathon and a Cat Camp counselor (a summer program held by the University to help the transition from high school to college). If he is not volunteering with the organizations previously mentioned, he is working as a tour guide, leading campus tours for prospective students and guests of the University. Brandon doesn’t know a stranger, and is well known throughout campus as a great friend and an even better gentleman. Around campus he is known as “Catman”, because he is the biggest Catamount fan there has ever been. Brandon has a love for his country and an even stronger love for his family. After graduation, he plans on attending law school to become a malpractice lawyer. He also has dreams of running for political office one day. Brandon is a true gentleman and shows all women that chivalry is not dead. The Network of enlightened Women at Western Carolina University is incredibly honored to nominate Michael “Brandon” Falls as Gentleman of the Year.
