Susan Charnaux is a human capital expert and founder of Fairhill Ventures, which helps companies develop and retain their talent. She has a passion for helping individuals become better leaders as they grow their businesses.
As a leadership consultant and coach, Charnaux helps clients primarily in the technology industry but also in government, retail, healthcare and non-profits. Her background includes over 10 years as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, followed by several corporate leadership roles at Accenture. As the Global Head of Talent Development for Accenture, she led the company’s switch to a new model of performance reviews and feedback.
A native of Washington, DC, she has also worked in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel and the U.S. Department of Defense during the George W. Bush administration. She was a Publius Fellow at the Claremont Institute and is a frequent guest speaker, a team facilitator and leadership coach. Charnaux is the Co-President of the Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta and also teaches Sunday school.
Charnaux has an JD/MBA from Harvard University, and B.S.E, magna cum laude, from Princeton University. She and her husband Christian have three children and a dog named Dutch. They reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
