Mary Beth and her husband Dick have been active in public policy and politics for many years. Most of their philanthropic mission is to help build and promote conservative organizations. In 1999, Dick became a founding member of the Club for Growth, which began their involvement in national politics. Weiss is proud to serve as a donor representative advising boards of American Commitment and American Transparency. Her work career spans the restaurant, travel, investment, and avocado farming industries. She and Dick have two married children and six grandchildren that get them through the dark days of political setbacks and keep them in the ring.
