This March, our NeW Ambassadors celebrate Women’s History Month by telling us about the conservative women who inspire them from the past or present day. Our Ambassador, Emily Johnson, told us why Lara Trump inspires her.
Lara Trump, former co-chair of the Republican National Committee, is a role model for conservative women of all ages. Married to Eric Trump, she is the daughter-in-law of President Donald Trump and the mother of two young children.
Lara Trump is a fierce advocate for conservative politics and played a pivotal role in President Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign. Recently, she also launched her activewear brand, the Lara Trump Collection. In short, Lara Trump is a woman who can do it all. From raising a family to starting a business, she executes her personal and professional roles with class.
Lara Trump displays determination and fearlessness in her political conviction despite the wicked criticism she faces from the “tolerant” Left. Her example of poise encourages me and other women to express our political opinions confidently.
At the 2024 Republican National Convention, Lara Trump quoted the Book of Proverbs while speaking about President Trump: “The wicked flee, though no one pursues. But the righteous are as bold as a lion.” She was comparing President Trump to a lion. But she, too, is a lion. She is unafraid to stand firmly in her truth as an American and Republican woman.
Her never-quit mentality in the pursuit to Make America Great Again is genuinely admirable. As a faithful woman, Lara Trump told The Conservateur in an interview that she “asks God to use her as a vessel” in representing “her family, and her country, with conviction and honor.” Her character epitomizes the strong conservative woman, and I am grateful for her leading example.
