Betty Jane Strong is a Trustee of the William A. and Genevieve H. Strong Foundation Trust and an active partner of The Strong Company, Inc. She sits on the board of the Advance Arkansas Institute and previously served as a board member of Concerned Women for America. Strong is a life-long equestrian and horse breeder. Her hobbies include her small horse farm and gardening. She has a passion for the conservative movement and helping the younger generation learn about the freedoms America was founded on.
