Susan Charnaux Susan Charnaux is the Chief People Officer for Appian, a global software company that provides AI-in-Process tools for organizations to reduce costs and improve customer service. Prior to joining Appian, Susan was Global Head of Talent Development for Accenture, an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, and managed her own consulting business focused on advising leaders on talent and strategy. Susan previously held positions at the White House and the U.S. Department of Defense and was a Publius Fellow with the Claremont Institute. She has a JD/MBA from Harvard University, and B.S.E, magna cum laude, from Princeton University. Susan and her husband Christian have three children and are passionate supporters of education philanthropy.
