The Heritage Foundation is a leading conservative public-policy think tank in Washington, DC, and they work tirelessly for conservative principles. Check out their website for great public policy research and analysis. Specifically, they work throughout the year to provide resources for students through the Young Leaders Program. So many NeW women have benefited from Heritage’s resources and hospitality. Heritage has hosted our National Conference for the past two years, many of our members have participated in their weekly lectures and seminars, and even a few of our members have taken part in Heritage’s Internship Program.
On November 4, The Heritage Foundation invites you to attend The First Principles Forum from 9 am to 5 pm. The keynote speaker for the forum will be Rich Lowry, Editor of the National Review. Other speakers include Michael Barone, from US News & World Report and Ramesh Ponnuru, also from National Review. You can choose to attend a variety of presentations, including:
- Morality and Public Policy
- Capitalism vs. Socialism
- What’s Next for Conservatism?
- The Roots of American Exceptionalism
To RSVP or for more questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you’re currently in DC or living nearby, this is a great opportunity to meet other like-minded young people, hear from important individuals, and learn more about The Heritage Foundation.
