What is your passion, life goal, or dream job?

I would love to someday own a brewery. However, if that doesn’t pan out, I figure teaching would be a great use of the Ph.D. I am pursuing.

Name and describe a particular man who was a role model and an influence for you in developing character and becoming a gentleman.

A man that has had a profound influence in my life is Terry Key, my father. Terry was a military man and taught me the value of respecting women and all human beings.

What kind of reaction do you get from people when you do gentlemanly things?

The most common reaction to my gentlemanly behavior is shock, since it is rare that people are nice these days.

If you are a gentleman, what would you consider a lady to be?

I believe a lady to be a woman who can think for herself and be strong and independent.

Do you know a gentleman like Brian at your school?  Nominate him for NeW’s NATIONAL Gentlemen’s Showcase!
