Sarah Palin inciting violence?

Well, she’s back in the news again.  According to the mainstream media, Sarah Palin is responsible for inciting violence in the Tea Party movement.  How?  One of her tweets about the passage of the health care bill stated,

“Commonsense Conservatives & lovers of America: “Don’t Retreat, Instead – RELOAD!” Pls see my Facebook page.” 

This accusation is completely ridiculous and yet it has become the center of much political debate in recent days.  Check out this great interview Laura Ingraham gives on CNBC with Matt Lauer, defending Palin and noting the bias present in “the dinosaur media.” 

Is there overt bias in the media?  Is Sarah Palin responsible for the actions a few extreme members of the Tea Party movement have taken?  More importantly, is this debate a distraction from the real debate on health care reform?
