Questioning Hooking Up at UVA

September 11, 2013 | Karin

This Thursday, September 12, the NeW chapter at UVA is co-sponsoring an event with another group, Off the Hook, questioning the hook-up culture on campus, “What’s up with Hooking Up?” The event is an opportunity for students to listen to a panel of peers talk about their experiences with the hook-up culture at UVA. Many first year students will be surprised at what they learn. What do you think they will learn about the hook-up culture? It is nice to see student leaders at UVA put on an event to discuss and evaluate the cultural trends around them.

For those in the area, the event will be held at 7:15pm in the South Meeting Room of Newcomb Hall.
