Huffington Post College: “Women are now just as likely as men to have completed college and to hold an advanced degree.” 

The Chronicle of Higher Ed: “The U.S. Department of Education has withdrawn a controversial 2005 policy. The reversal marks a victory for advocates of gender equity in sports who viewed the policy as a damaging loophole to Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits sex discrimination at institutions that receive federal funds.”
