NeW’s Eighth Anniversary is in Two Weeks!

September 14, 2012 | Sarah

On September 29, 2004, NeW Founder and President Karin Agness started meeting with students at the University of Virginia to discuss the issues important to culturally conservative young women. Over the past eight years, the Network of enlightened Women has established chapters at 20 colleges, hosted multiple national conferences, and garnered media attention across the country.

Now it’s time to celebrate! During the week of September 24, our chapters will be commemorating the eighth anniversary of NeW. We’ll be updating the blog with pictures and recaps, and celebrating NeW along with them.

You can see pictures from previous anniversaries here. Stay tuned for great things from NeW!

Thanks to Caroline Emberton from Cornell University for the Anniversary Logo!
