NeW Senior Spotlight: Rachel Kopec

May 6, 2011 | Elizabeth

Rachel Kopec will be graduating from from the University of Florida in May. She served as the President of University of Florida NeW Chapter and was the national media intern for NeW. Rachel got involved with NeW during her freshman year.

NeW exposed me to a network of ambitious college women who were intellectually curious and making an impact on their campuses. Not only did I develop a strong foundation of what I believe regarding relationships, women’s issues and politics, but I also made connections with friends who are doing big things around the country in the conservative movement.

Rachel is excited for graduation and is taking a position as the Outreach Coordinator for the State Policy Network, a capacity building service organization for America’s free market, state-focused think tanks. She is also participating in the Koch Associate Program, a yearlong management and career development program, through the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation.

Congratulations Rachel! We appreciate your dedication to NeW and everything you have done for the chapter at the University of Florida!
