August 12, 2009 | NeW Staff

One of NeW’s own, Ms. Caroline Rushing, is featured in this month’s Student Spotlight at the Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute (CBLPI).  CBLPI is dedicated to mentoring and training young women to become leaders on campus and within the larger conservative movement.  Her biography can be found here

Caroline is President of NeW at the University of Virginia and was recently awarded NeW’s “Enlightened Woman of the Year” Award at NeW’s 4th Annual National Conference this past June.  She has worked tirelessly to promote conservative ideals at UVA by countering the Vagina Monologues and bringing conservative speakers to grounds.

Congratulations, Caroline!
