NeW at UK Hosts Their First Meeting

Last night, several dedicated women from the University of Kentucky launched a chapter of the Network of enlightened Women on their campus. The meeting drew 18 attendees, where the NeW Executive Board unveiled NeW to fellow students, presented the history and purpose of NeW, and shared their vision for NeW at UK. The women have big plans for the upcoming year: book club meetings, tea party social, hosting speakers, and community service. What attracted these women to start NeW? They say, it was both the educational and the community components of the Network of enlightened Women. They are excited to provide a growing network for culturally conservative women on their campus. Congratulations ladies! Enjoy a few pictures from their early success:
