I found a follow-up article on Palin and her latest book tour today that I found enlightening.  Marybeth Hicks, a writer for Townhall.com, discussed the intrigue and mystery of Sarah Palin, articulating the questions that many of us have wondered.  Read the article for a full discussion on Palin, her interview on Oprah’s show, and the role the media has played in our view of this woman.  Here is a snippet: 


“If the appearance was meant to encourage sales of Palin’s book, it worked. I’m going shopping. I hope Mrs. Palin will do what the media has not yet done for me – finally shed some light on who she is and what sort of leader she might be.”
