MKH Preview Round 3

January 27, 2010 | NeW Staff

Here’s a little bit more to get you ready for tonight’s NeW event at Meredith College.

Besides being a pundit and video producer, Mary Katharine Ham is a writer for The Weekly Standard.  Here’s her latest blog on James O’Keefe, the ACORN “buster” who was recently arrested.  Here’s an excerpt:

“Michelle Malkin has words of wisdom: ‘Let it be a lesson to aspiring young conservatives interested in investigative journalism: Know your limits. Know the law. Don’t get carried away. And don’t become what you are targeting.’  Ideological allies of O’Keefe’s in the media, so far, are united in condemning the behavior the charges allege, which will likely taint the public case he made against ACORN and future investigative attempts by other conservatives.”

MKH has a very balanced approach to addressing James O’ Keefe’s recent arrest.  What do you think?  How do you think this affects the credibility of the ACORN videos?  MKH and Malkin both give advice that young conservatives should heed.
