How the Public Views Obama’s Abortion Stance

We have all heard about the actions taken by President Obama during his
first week in office. One bill has created notable attention, when he
quickly signed into law a measure that would provide funding to help
overseas agencies that provide abortion services.

What was
the American response to President Obama’s recent support of these
groups? In a poll by Gallup, only 35% of Americans approved of his decision
to fund these organizations. This was the lowest rating of any of
Obama’s first actions as President.
