Democratic Convention

Well, the Democratic Convention is underway and lately I’ve been reading a lot about how modern day party conventions are really just shows. I mean we all know who the nominee will be and usually who their running mate will be before the convention even begins, but could this year be different?
It would be interesting if the Clinton supporters called for a vote, since she is on the ballot. I wonder will this year’s convention be more than just a show?
