Countdown to the Anniversary: A Note From Karin Agness

September 25, 2012 | Karin

This week marks the Eighth Anniversary of when I founded the Network of enlightened Women. I am still amazed how much it has grown over the years! More and more women are becoming involved with NeW Chapters on their campus, participating in NeW National events, and providing guidance and support as NeW alumnae. I am inspired by the stories I hear and by the work these capable young women are doing.

Keep an eye out on Facebook and Twitter for photos and quotes from our chapters as they celebrate our eighth year as an organization. You can help us celebrate too, by becoming an Eighth Anniversary Supporter.

We say this often here at NeW, but I think it holds true more so this week: It’s a great time to be a NeW Woman!

Karin Agness is the Founder and President of NeW.
