Chapter Update: Florida State University

October 24, 2014 | Guest

2014-10 FSU Roberta Skinner

This past Tuesday, the FSU chapter of the Network of enlightened Women met for a dessert party to continue working towards conservative ideals and combating the radical portrayals of feminism in society. This was a great opportunity for members to socialize and become familiar with the principles of NeW. Members indulged in both delicious treats and discussion. Topics included subjects from Katie Pavlich’s Assault and Flattery and The Politically Incorrect Guide to Women, Sex, and Feminism by Carrie Lukas. The chapter also discussed female role models, as many members recently had the opportunity to meet Carly Fiorina at Florida State University. Carly Fiorina also spoke at NeW DC‘s 10th Anniversary Reception on September 29th. Overall, this event was a tremendous success and a lot can be expected from the FSU chapter as they strive to make a difference on campus!
