Chapter Spotlight on NeW at Cornell University

September 16, 2011 | Sarah

NeW is currently on over 20 college campuses across the country, and these chapters are doing incredible things to educate and change their university. We would like to share some of these talented groups with a chapter spotlight. Today we are taking a look at the NeW chapter at Cornell University.

Cornell University is one of our more recent chapters, just starting this semester. However, the founders have not wasted any time establishing NeW. They have already become a recognized university group, found an academic advisor, started a Facebook group, and have even created their own unique NeW logo.

The chapter is led by talented women who heard about NeW this summer, and knew it’s what they needed on their campus. At their chapter meeting earlier this week, they took a leaders’ picture.

We are very excited to have such a strong and energetic at Cornell! If you are a student at Cornell and want to get involved, join their Facebook group, or email Sarah to get in touch with the leaders.
