ASU Event: Has Feminism Failed Women?

November 16, 2009 | NeW Staff

NeW at ASU is poking at the fire and challenging the direction the women’s movement is taking today.  We are bringing Angela “Bay” Buchanan to ASU on Tuesday, November 17th at 6:30 pm.  We all know Bay isn’t afraid of conflict, and this is sure to be a lively evening! If you are a student at ASU or live nearby, we’d love to have you attend!

Here is the official press release for the event.

I encourage all NeW chapters to have a discussion about what the goals of the women’s movement are today; are they really going to benefit women or are they going to benefit a few women looking for power?
