The James Madison University chapter of NeW – which won the New Chapter of the Year at the Sixth Annual National Conference in June – was featured today in their student newspaper The Breeze. When asked what she hopes NeW will look like at JMU, President of the JMU NeW Chapter Alyssa Richardson said

Our vision is to see a network of women on the JMU campus stand up for their conservative values and for those women to not feel alone as they represent modesty and traditional values.

Congratulations to the JMU chapter!

I’m a JMU student and I’m so glad Alyssa started a new chapter here, she is doing a great job representing conservative women and letting us know that we are not alone here at our liberal school!

Yay for NeW at JMU! Alyssa is doing a great job getting this club going and I’m so excited to be a part of it. NeW has been a great supportive and learning experience so far and I’m hoping we’ll have a great year this year. WOO!
