Who: To enter, you must be a legal resident of the United States (except its territories and possessions) or the District of Columbia and a female. You must be a high school student or currently enrolled in an undergraduate institution in the United States at the time of entry and you must be enrolled at or awaiting acceptance to an undergraduate institution for the fall, 2016 semester. If you are under the age of 18 at the time of entry, your parent or legal guardian must enter the Contest and agree to these Official Rules on your behalf.
Prize: $1,000 for the First Place winners of the College and High School Category. The First Place essays will have the opportunity be published.
Prompt: Imagine you have the chance to sit down with the next president of the United States to share your ideas on issues facing young women in America. What three policies would you discuss and why? What actions would you ask the next president to take? The essay must be less than 1,000 words.
